new site needs feedback

Hi guys,
I am working on a site for my design portfolio and I would love some feedback.
The idea is that someone "discovers" things, rather than being told...but
hopefully this isn't too confusing!

Nice site.
It would be nice if once you get to a portfolio section that you could
click on an individual project and have it load in it's own window, like
a light box. ... it's kind of difficult to see your work using just the
magnifying glass. Also, that would also be nice for the text content
too.. very difficult to read using the magnifying glass.
Other wise, great concept and nice work.
