Full screen video Background

Hello. This might have been covered here previously, but the search thread
function is down currently.

I was wondering how to create a full screen, looping video background for my
site EXACTLY like the one featured here: http://www.fuct.com

I'm relatively new to Flash, but if someone as a script or component that
would help me achieve this exact effect, I would very much appreciate the
assistance.

swf's loop by default... (get the video in the swf and it should loop as
well)
that's all i know right now, dont have time to search it up ;)
