Flash Intro

I've designed a flash intro using flash 8 and it loads in Safari and Firefox,
but nothing shows up when i try to load it in interent explorer. Can anyone
tell me what the potential problem might be?

not using the <param> tags and attributes on the html page would cause your flash not to work in IE.
