Flash site loads blank until clicked on

I'm getting reports back that my site will go blank while surfers are
navigating through it and only reappear when they click somewhere on the page.
Specifically I was told that when people click the "discography" link from here:
http://www.boxharp.com/scottsolter/poduction-recording-mixing.htm
To go to here:
http://www.boxharp.com/scottsolter/discography.htm
That the destination page, discography, will just be blank until they click
somewhere on the page.
Unfortunately I'm dealing with getting the information second hand as I can't
reproduce the error on my computers.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

maybe you can use updateAfterEvent() to force a screen refresh. Other than
that you could play around with adding and removing event listeners.
It may well be my ignorance but event listeners don't always seem to behave as
expected in AS3.

The site doesn't have any bells or whistles, it's actually in MX 2004.
Were you able to observe the same problem of a blankness?
Adding the forced refresh is a great idea
