double frames

Again - on the page www.plps.org/boe.swf the board policies button at the
bottom. I can't get the previous frame (with the boe philosophy) to disappear
when the board policies load in. You can see I have them spaced at this time
to fit them both, but I wan to use the whole page for both frames. When I try
I get BOTH frames on top of each other. Would appreciate any thoughts!

Are you putting this content into keyframes on the same timeline? Is each
unique content in a separate layer? If that's the case then remove the content
that you don't want to see in any given layer at any given keyframe by adding a
blank keyframe to that layer.

If you are doing something else, then please describe.

I want the bottom right frame in the corner (boe mission statement) to be
replaced with this file:

http://www.plps.org/boepol.swf

but it puts the above file on top on the paragraph instead of replacing it.
